ASSOCIATION NEWS: ABOUT US

The "Laboratorio per Affresco di Vainella" was founded in 1983 by personal initiative of Leonetto Tintori. A master of restoration and a polyphasic artist, Tintori was known all around the world for his talent as a fresco restorer – activity he performed from the 30s to the last half of the 80s – and for his knowledge about mural painting techniques and ceramic art which he offered to the school he founded.

The school is managed by “Laboratorio per Affresco Elena e Leonetto Tintori” Association.

It is part of the Association "Case della Memoria".
