The November 8th 2008 was the centenay of Leonetto Tintori's birth.
The "Laboratorio per affresco Elena e Leonetto Tintori" Association has organized many events to remember the master between them we remember:
- Exhibition "La casa di Leonetto Tintori (1908 - 2008)"
hosted in the "Museo di Pittura Murale Convento" of S. Domenico in Prato. In collaboration with the "Assessorato alla Cultura" of "Comune" of Prato (November 2008 - July 2009).
- Realization of a commemorative "stele", final project of the "Corso di ceramica artistica" [Teacher: Prof. Roberto Ceccherini] : “Design and elaboration of a collective artwork of urban decoration” to be installed in "piazzale Leonetto Tintori" in Figline of Prato. The stele has been inaugurated on the 8th November 2009.
- A Virtual Exhibition dedicated to Leonetto, realized with the collaboration of the people who knew him. [The initiative is still in course, therefore whoever has a memory to share with us, a photograph, a portrait, a poem, etc. can send it to us. It will be posted on the website].
